Prof. Simone Fabiano Linköping University, Sweden Abstract Biointegrated neuromorphic hardware holds promise for new protocols to record and regulate signaling in biological systems. Traditional neuromorphic systems relying on silicon face limitations in bio-integration due to circuit complexity, poor biocompatibility, and low energy efficiency.
